We want you to be happy with Geo Authority. If you're not, here's how refunds work.

14-day money-back guarantee

New paid subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the first charge, no questions asked.
After the 14-day window, monthly subscriptions are non-refundable for the current period — you can cancel renewal at any time.
Annual subscriptions: pro-rated refund for the unused months, minus a 10% administrative fee, requested within 30 days of renewal.

How to request

Email legal@geoauthority.io from the email address on your account with the subject "Refund — [your email]". Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to the original payment method.

Non-refundable

Usage-based AI costs (we pay providers per request — these are passed through)
Custom development or onboarding fees billed separately
Subscriptions cancelled without notice via chargebacks

Cancellations

You can cancel anytime from Account & Settings → Billing. Cancellation stops the next renewal — your access continues until the end of the current period.

Disputes & chargebacks

Please email us before raising a chargeback. Charges raised in error or in violation of our Terms may result in account suspension.
