These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Geo Authority platform, accessible at https://geoauthority.io ("Service"), operated by Geo Authority ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Geo Authority is a SaaS platform that lets users generate and publish location-targeted SEO content for local businesses using AI. It is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

2. Account & eligibility

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate registration details. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity under your account.

3. Subscription, billing, and refunds

Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy linked at the bottom of this page. Pricing may change with 30 days' notice.

4. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to use the Service to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, deceptive, infringes intellectual property, promotes hate, or violates third-party rights. We may suspend accounts that violate this clause without notice.

5. Content ownership

You retain ownership of content you create with the Service. You grant us a non-exclusive license to host, store, and display your content as required to provide the Service.

6. Third-party APIs

Output may be powered by third-party AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, etc.) under their respective terms. We do not guarantee the accuracy, suitability, or availability of AI-generated content.

7. Termination

You may cancel anytime. We may terminate or suspend your account for breach of these Terms, illegal activity, or extended non-payment.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided WITHOUT WARRANTIES of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, search ranking results, or specific business outcomes.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law rules.
